Intern, Hire to Retire

YOUR NEW ROLE:

You will be responsible for supporting the main processes across Hire to Retire. You will become a focal point supporting our colleagues in successfully leading their employee-facing initiatives across Lundbeck globally. It is a unique chance to work alongside dedicated colleagues who develop innovative treatments that improve the lives of people living with brain diseases.

AT THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Support the maintenance of employee and organizational data

• Support the preparation of employment documentation and reports

• Help with administration of personnel documentation

• Do the administrative support of payroll process

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Currently studying

• Availability of minimum 30 hours per week with the intention to continue a career in Lundbeck

• Very good English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Strong motivation to gain experience in the HR area

• Excellent time management, accuracy, and detail orientation, as well as reliability
