Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

The H2R Operations and Systems team collaborates closely with the business to provide system support to our employees. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, including the HR team and HR Business Partners worldwide daily.


This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a diverse range of tasks, ensuring that no two days are the same. With the variety of tasks involved, you will have the chance to acquire new knowledge and undoubtedly learn a great deal.


Your future team

As an HR Processes & Systems Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team of 18 dedicated colleagues.


You will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts responsible for our HR platform globally at Lundbeck. As a member of HR Systems function, you will be providing insightful answers to a variety of system-related questions and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.


What is the challenge?

  • Provide support to SuccessFactors users in their daily tasks.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to the program.
  • Participate in trainings and workshops related to SuccessFactors.
  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules.
  • Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to optimize processes.
  • Create and update technical and user documentation.

What you bring to the team

  • Currently studying.
  • Very good English (min. B2 level).
  • Availability of minimum 30 hours per week with intention to continue career in Lundbeck.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
