Supply Chain Trainee

Job Description

• Providing information about order status

• Analyzing material status and promise dates

• Coordination of orders with other Supply Chain departments

• Adapting to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests

• Handling customer complaints as required

• Communicate supply chain risks

• Other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements

• Ability to work min. 35 hours per week

• Student status is a must

• Excellent Business English and communication skills

• Self-motivated, with an attitude toward customer satisfaction

• Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong multi-tasker

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Collaborative, likes to work in teams

• Proactive

• Knowledge of google sheets is an asset
