KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with brand managers and marketing teams to develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating growth.
- Create content calendars, plan campaigns, produce the content with the internal creative team, and establish the brand's tone of voice in social media guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze social media data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with the CES team responsible for interactions moderation
- Work with brand managers to identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the company's message and reach a wider audience.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and explore new opportunities to enhance the brand's presence and engagement.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:
- Experience in social media strategy, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
- Ability to plan engaging content for social media, and produce it with the creative team.
- Experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media metrics.
- Skills in managing social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in managing cross-functional projects.
