Your Role in a Nutshell
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide service for business customers / partners of Newell Brands in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
You will serve as a point of contact for assigned business customers, contributing to timely and effective delivery of orders and high-quality service.
Our portfolio of products is very diverse - from stationery to small household appliances. You might have heard of some of our brands like Parker, Waterman, Yankee Candle, NUK, or Crockpot.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Phone and email contact with business partners,
Processing customers’ orders in SAP (full training will be provided!),
Collaboration with other departments incl. Sales and Distribution Center,
Quick and efficient solving customers’ requests using Salesforce,
Maintaining high standards of customer service.
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
Fluent Swedish and English
Secondary education or university degree
Customer- and detail-oriented
Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
