Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT world. Position: Project Coordinator Working Student Duration: 12-24 months Date: preferably from March/April 2025 Location: Hybrid model in Wrocław, Poland (remote options to be discussed individually) Education Recommendations: Active student's status of any project management related studies
As a team, we provide a range of System Engineering services, including:
- R&D special project assignments
- R&D system testing assignments
- System administration and implementation services
- R&D maintenance management
Additionally, we support the resolution of customer issues in collaboration with Care services, handling everything from triage to the final tested and approved fix if needed. We are responsible for planning and approving all customer fault corrections and ensuring that fixes are propagated into other release streams. Our services also include incident management and preventive escalation support.
Our Project Management Office oversees the management of lead customer delivery projects, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
As part of our team, you will:
- Assist with project coordination
- Support team with daily tasks and administrative duties
- Contribute to the improvement of project workflows
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Active student's status
- Proficient in English (at least B2, both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- disciplined and focused on details
- good problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management
- Basic knowledge of: Power Query; Python
- Jira / Confluence
