About the Future in Progress: Future Leaders program
Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations – local and international - you’ll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. As you progress, you’ll build strong connections with senior leadership and a vibrant alumni community, all committed to accelerating your development and amplifying your influence.

Who Can Apply?
We’re searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future.
To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have:
At least 6 years of post‑graduation experiencein a multinational or complex organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
A master’s degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proficiency in English and Polish
Legal right to work in Europe and in the country of application (without sponsorship).
Willingness to relocate internationallyduring the program (with Employer support).
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
