REQUIREMENTS: 

• You are an undergraduate (3rd, 4th, 5th year) or up to 12 months after your graduation (Business, Management, Marketing related majors) 

• Very good command of English (minimum B2) and native Polish – both written and spoken 

• Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point 

• You are open-minded, communicative, fast learner and you have analytical thinking skills 

• You are eager to learn new skills and open to work in a dynamic environment 

• You like drawing conclusions and eager to take on new challenges 

• Availability per week min. 32h (4 days)

• Contract of mandate for 6 months (up to 12 months) 

• Hourly rate on this position is not less than 35 PLN gross / hour

YOUR TASKS: 

• Oversight of Call Center Operations – managing external vendors, ensuring operational stability, and maintaining high service quality 

• Support for Sales and B2C Campaigns – creating and updating sales materials (scripts, emails, presentations) and monitoring timely execution of order‑related processes 

• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – working closely with Legal, CX, Quality, Retention, Acquisition, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth operations 

• Driving Continuous Improvement – designing and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency, based on data analysis and performance insights 

• Systems and Tools Administration – managing user accounts, roles, and access rights, and resolving system issues together with technical teams
