Professional with 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Familiarity with best practices in digital communication and content development (including e-mail marketing, landing pages, and social media)
Ability to report on campaign performance
Independent work capability, effective planning and adherence to deadlines
Strong writing skills, excellent communication skills
Cooperative and team-oriented mindset
Fluency in English and Polish
Proficiency in Google Analytics is welcome.

Contract of employment - salary not less than 12.800 PLN gross per month

Tasks We have two positions open, focusing on either product & CX related online communication or brand building projects, in which, you will be responsible for:
Developing complex online marketing campaigns (based on CRM communication and Loyalty platform - IQOS CLUB content) to increase consumer engagement and loyalty.
Creatively designing emails and landing pages, implementing A/B test scenarios for messaging and creatives.
Prepare content for own media.
Collaborating closely with the CRM execution team to ensure proper campaign setup and timely implementation.
Partnering with Brand team to deliver consistent messaging and creatives.
Analyzing campaign, providing recommendations for improvements and sharing insights across PMI.
Regularly optimizing communication based on consumer insights and generating new campaign ideas.
Representing the CRM function in cross-functional projects (Brand Engagement, Digital, Portfolio, Campaign Management).
Coordinating work with advertising agencies.
Managing creative media production e.g brand movies, photo shoots with brand ambassadors (if role focused on Brand Building related topics).
