About the Role
We are looking for a motivated intern to support our HR team in data analytics, insights generation, process automation, and personal productivity improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, optimizing workflows, and using digital tools to make HR processes smarter and more efficient.
You will work closely with HR leaders and gain hands-on exposure to real HR data, systems, and transformation initiatives.

Support HR data analysis and reporting
Help transform HR data into clear insights and dashboards for decision-making
Assist in improving and automating HR processes and workflows
Support data extraction, validation, and basic reporting from tools like Workday
Contribute to projects focused on process optimization and productivity improvement
Document processes, dashboards, and automation logic
Collaborate with HR team members to understand business needs and translate them into data or automation solutions

Job Qualifications
Required Skills & Profile
Currently pursuing a degree (students of 3rd, 4th or 5th or fresh alumni) in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, HR, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (students of 3rd, 4th or 5th year or fresh alumni)
Proficiency in English
Strong interest in HR data, analytics, and process improvement
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
Basic experience or strong interest in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems
Clear communication skills and ability to explain data simply
Basic understanding of data analysis and statistics (e.g., descriptive statistics, trends, comparisons)
Strong sense of confidentiality and data privacy when working with HR-related information
Attention to detail and a structured approach to data validation and quality checks
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Understanding of HR metrics and exposure to Workday or other HR systems
Experience with low-code or automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience with Phyton, SQL, or basic scripting
Interest in automation, AI, or digital transformation
UX/UI design skills (for user-friendly dashboards, apps, and HR tools)
