JOB DESCRIPTION:
As part of the P&G team, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international setting—collaborating with other P&G plants worldwide, engineering teams, as well as our clients and suppliers.
Work closely with teams to recommend and implement business-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain work standards to drive operational excellence
Grow both professionally and personally through coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
Lead and execute cost-saving and process improvement projects.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Are you a student in at least your third year of an engineering program or a recent graduate (up to one year after graduation) in fields such as Production Engineering & Management, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, or related disciplines??
Have a positive attitude toward challenges and change?
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective teamwork, and analytical thinking?
Want to develop your technical expertise?
Take initiative and seek opportunities for growth?
Communicate fluently in English?
