YOUR FUTURE ROLE:
Process simple transactions and documents related to the assigned accounting process for the assigned client/geographical area/countries in full and on time,
Process simple accounting transactions in line with the work procedures and the superior’s instructions and under supervision (Team Leader or Senior Specialists)
Perform simple reconciliations of accounts according to implemented standards under supervision (Team Leader or Senior Specialists)
Actively communicate inside the team and highlight the challenges/problems in the area of responsibility, ask for further instructions or to drive problem solving actions on Team Leader/Specialist side,
Comply with and work towards achieving quantity and quality goals – SLAs, KPIs and contribute to customer’s satisfaction metrics,
Escalate any risks with meeting the targets/deadlines.
APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
Fluency in German (min. B2) and English with operational ability to work in both languages,
Higher Education - University Degree,
A year of experience in accounting,
Attention to details,
Extensive analytical and computer skills, including Excel literacy,
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Previous experience in working in SSC,
ACCA or any other accounting certificate started.
