Back Office Gaming Support Specialist (Polish & English)

📍 Sofia, Bulgaria (Relocation Support Provided)

We are currently looking for a Back Office Gaming Support Specialist with Polish and English to join our team in Sofia. If you are a gamer at heart, understand player communities, and want to support players behind the scenes — this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Back Office Gaming Support Specialist, you will assist players with issues they may encounter while interacting with the game. You will focus on delivering a seamless and positive player experience while working closely with internal teams to improve processes and communication.

This is a back-office support role based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Relocation assistance is available for candidates living outside Bulgaria.

A Typical Day Includes

  • Assisting players with reported issues and game-related inquiries

  • Providing solutions that ensure a smooth and enjoyable player experience

  • Demonstrating empathy and understanding of the player mindset

  • Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary

  • Gathering player feedback and communicating insights internally

  • Contributing to process improvements within the Game Support Team

  • Maintaining quality and productivity standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken)

  • Good command of English

  • Gaming experience — you understand gaming communities and player expectations

  • Empathy and the ability to see issues from a player’s perspective

  • Understanding of Player Support principles

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to overall success
