We are currently looking for a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst with Polish and English to join our team in Sofia. This is a back-office position within the Operations Department of our client — the owner of one of the largest global social media platforms.

About the Role
As a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content and ensuring compliance with platform policies and community standards. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy online environment.
This is a back-office role focused on analytical approach, content reviewing, assessing risks and safety of the environment at social media platform that we support.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate user-generated content (text, images, profiles, metadata, reports) in Polish and English
Ensure compliance with internal policies, community guidelines, and client standards
Identify violations of the platform rules
Take appropriate action on non-compliant content (removal, restriction, escalation, flagging)
Escalate complex or high-risk cases according to operational procedures
Provide clear and logical justification for decisions
Stay up to date with policy updates and process changes
Meet quality and productivity KPIs
Minimum Requirements
Fluent Polish (written and spoken)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to make objective decisions based on guidelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
