As a Support Specialist with Polish and English you will have a chance to become a part of one of the teams across our projects, where you’ll be able to:
Deliver outstanding services for our client’s as well as internal departments in the company
Identify and assess customers' needs
Assist with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, chat, or tickets
As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in Polish & English and have excellent communication skills.
