YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the sales department and customers throughout the entire quotation development process by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technologies used. Every day, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, as well as determine costs, prepare final documentation, and play a key role in the designated area. You will also demonstrate your expertise by conducting analyses of lost proposals, identifying potential causes, and recommending future actions.
YOU WILL BE AMINLY RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Supporting the sales team in all pre-sales customer activities (price and availability, quotation status, pre-sales technical questions, etc.).
Preparing and updating quotations for spare parts, repair services, and service orders, as well as comprehensive processing of customer inquiries – from cost calculation and order processing to tracking and delivery or invoicing.
Maintaining proactive communication with the sales team and other internal functions and providing them with all relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Managing special pricing requests in accordance with relevant requirements (dates, customer and company data, discounts, etc.) to enable order processing in the system.
Supervising and ensuring the collection and archiving of documentation related to opportunities, Special Pricing Agreements and/or contracts, and recording assumptions and decisions made during the process in the systems.
Preparing budget quotations and commercial offers based on customer materials.
Collecting forecasting information and identifying with it.
Maintaining and evaluating master data and continuously optimizing processes in the SAP system to ensure process efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE:
Higher education or secondary technical education (technical or logistics fields preferred).
Practical knowledge of MS Office and office equipment.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Practical command of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to organize your own work and others’ work, flexibility, and availability.
Experience in sales support or technical support will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Additional qualifications considered an advantage: knowledge of CRM SalesForce, knowledge of SAP and SAP S/4HANA in relevant modules (SD, MM, CS).
