Accounting Intercompany Analyst (Junior Controller)
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping
Booking/ Reconciliation of entries related to intercompany and GL accounts
Executing standard processes within the team according to the procedures
Assisting in performing internal controls including month-end activities according to control framework
Participating in improvement projects and identifying areas for improvement within the process
Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities
Ensuring proper company policies and documented SOX procedures are being followed
Supporting audit or other regulatory requests
Building and maintaining good working relationships with relevant teams across a wide range of areas throughout the organization
Cooperating with strategic partner
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in accounting (GL, intercompany, AR, AP)
Bachelor/Master Degree in Economy
Fluent English (min. B2)
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative approach to work and sense for improvements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to be flexible, to adapt to challenging deadlines and business demands
General knowledge of ADM’s business divisions
Ability to analyze and design business processes
Willingness to work in our Poznań office 3 times per week
