As a Junior Travel & Expense (T&E) Specialist you will: 
Your Responsibilities

• Activation, changes and deactivation of employee profiles in SAP Concur,

• Auditing expense reports according to Travel & Expense Policy and company standards,

• Posting expense reports into various ERP systems,

• Performing reconciliation reports,

• Managing Service Now – ticketing system,

• Contacting with ADM Employees to provide expense reports support,

• Preparation of reports for the needs of the T&E team, ADM locations and Audit department,

• Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process,

• Supporting T&E team in the month-end closing activities.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a Shared Services and international environment (would be an advantage),

• At least BA degree,

• Fluent English-spoken and written,

• Problem solving and “Can do” attitude,

• Good organizational skills,

• Ability to communicate effectively,

• Good MS Excel and Power Point knowledge,

• Self-starter with ability to manage own workload to meet agreed deadlines,

• SAP Concur / Travel and Expense process experience is a plus.

• Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.
