As a Customer Service Advisor at Capita, you will join a team of people dedicated to supporting our customers. Your responsibilities will include: providing comprehensive customer service at the highest level, handling telephone and email enquiries, as well as promoting products and offers in line with customer needs.
Job Description
PART TIME OFFER - weekends or afternoons shifts
Your scope of duties:
Customer support through various channels (incoming calls and messages)
Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries
Providing information related to administrative and technical aspects (products, invoices, etc.)
Introducing changes to the system
Cooperation with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service
Sales and promotion of products
Our requirements:
Knowledge of German at least B2+/C1 level
Readiness to work on-site in Krakow during onboarding period
Readiness to participate in an onsite training for first 3 weeks from Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:00
