Twoje zadania
Join the Global IT&D Contract Logistics Unit as a part of the Demand and Portfolio Management team as the Demand Specialist (Finance/Controlling). As the Demand Specialist, you will support finance-controlling processes. The focus is on operational responsibility for controlling the global IT organization in the respective departments.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Booking of incoming invoices including validation in financial systems
- Cross-charging of services and project's costs on a global level
- Data entries in the finance systems.
- Support monthly and year-end reporting, including related delta analysis.
- Support further reporting, incl. investment, and project reporting.
- Support tracking of department financial budget and forecast vs. actuals.
- Managing the administrative aspects of the procurement processes
Wymagania
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
- At least 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling position
- Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Very good spoken & written English (B2)
- Working experience in an international environment
- Strong ability to work in virtual teams
- Very good communication and analytical skills including a strong accuracy mindset
- Capability and motivation to learn
