Who we are looking for
For One Engineering Lab, we are looking for candidates eager to develop programming, cloud and AI skills, contribute to application development, and learn about innovative technologies. This is a chance to get to know us and experience what it means to be involved in IT projects within a consulting company.
Learn to create new systems based on newest technologies, learning different solution approaches combined with power of an AI under Deloitte expert’s supervision.
Participation in the One Engineering Lab lasts 12 weeks 🚀
• 60 working days (40 hours per week) – we welcome you to join us in Gdańsk, Poznań or Wrocław (with some days conducted online)
• Dates: 01/07 - 30/09/2026
After completing the training, all participants will acquire the essential knowledge and skills to transition into technology consulting 🌟.
👥 Who we are looking for:
• Students of min. third year of bachelor's / engineering and master’s studies and graduates of IT studies or similar (Automation Control and Robotics, Applied Mathematics, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering)
• Quick learners with or without previous technology or consulting background who are open to change their career path,
• English proficiency at a communicative level (B2 or higher) with active usage,
• German language would be a big plus,
• People with knowledge of the basics of:
o Object-oriented programming
o Basic knowledge languages like: Java, Python,
o Knowledge frontend technologies (Angular, React)
o Database languages
o Version control (git)
o Eager to learn DevOps technologies (Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)
o nice to have AI related knowledge
Previous experience with IT systems or technology projects is an advantage but it is not required.
Your future role
You will be the Software engineer, delivering systems built on the customized solution that meet clients' needs.

• You will apply practical knowledge of global IT solutions and combine it with academic theory.
