Department

The EB Transversal Services department is a key driver of the business strategy of Euroclear Bank. We operate in a dynamic, multi-location environment and drive the transformation as a partner in excellence. We work in close collaboration with all management levels of all divisions in the Bank. We closely interact with our main stakeholders in the Group including HR, IT, Commercial, Product, Finance, Risk and the other CSD’s.


Role

In this role you will perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties to department’s Heads in Euroclear Bank (EB) Operations division. You will communicate with senior-level contacts on regular basis. Provide secretarial/administrative and practical support across all areas and levels of the organization.


Your part of the deal:

  • You will schedule appointments, arrange/coordinate meetings, support agenda management for the department’s head and his/her direct reports.
  • You will support management meetings for senior-level committees.
  • You will organize events such as offsites.
  • You will organize and maintain principal's correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
  • You will communicate with internal stakeholders, such as Division Heads, committee members, CEO.
  • You will arrange business travels and track expenses.
  • You will prepare special reports and take meeting minutes, format documents, gather information, summarize and analyze data in advance, and in support for the department’s Head and his/her teams.

Your profile:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in Euroclear will be an asset
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Discretion and integrity to handle confidential matters
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Action oriented, initiative taker with ability to work independently
  • Professional, team player with flexible attitude towards work
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and of collaborative tools
