KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and deploy solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform, including building and maintaining quick forms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide ongoing support and management of Dynamics 365 solutions at an enterprise level.
Ensure solutions are integrated with other products and systems to solve business problems.
Participate in the development of a targeted approach to user adoption and engagement within the Dynamics 365 community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM or a strong willingness to learn.
Familiarity with or interest in Power Platform, Azure Tenant, ADO, SharePoint, and other Microsoft technologies.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and team members.
Client-oriented mindset.
Proactive attitude towards the customization of our Dynamics software.
Willingness to contribute to and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
