Junior Business Analyst - Tax GMS Developers

CHECK OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (or final year of studies) – preferred fields: IT, economics, finance, mathematics, management, data analysis, or related areas

• Basic understanding of manual testing processes, test case creation, and bug reporting

• Interest in data analysis, testing and optimization of business processes

• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, Power BI, or other BI tools are a plus)

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of software testing concepts (manual testing experience is a plus)

• Good self-organization, independence, and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Business proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira) or manual testing

• Ability to work with databases (e.g., basic SQL)

• Knowledge of .NET programming language

• Familiarity with reporting automation tools or basic programming (e.g., VBA, Python)

• Supporting the team in manual testing of tools and systems used in tax-related projects (Tax/GMS)

• Creating, developing, and executing test cases and test scenarios (functional, regression, etc.)

• Reporting bugs, preparing test documentation, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues

• Data analysis and preparation of regular reports for clients and the team (in Excel)

• Participating in project meetings and supporting business requirements analysis

• Documenting processes and preparing user manuals
