Internship - Customer Support in Smart TV Apps Intern

About our Team

The team is dealing with the applications’ lifecycle process on the Samsung Smart TV platform. We support the developers creating web applications on Tizen platform, integration of services available on Samsung Smart TV and help solving issues and errors from app certification. We manage also the app certification process for European and CIS regions. In our daily work, we collaborate actively with local business departments and partners delivering its content to Smart TV platform.

Role and Responsibilities

• Samsung Smart TV applications’ lifecycle management  

• Providing support for problems related to application certification for content providers

• Direct contact with business partners

• Collaboration with development teams

• Ensuring good quality of services on Samsung Smart TV platform

• Test cases recording

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree, preferred technical course of study

• Very good knowledge of English (both verbal and written)

• Very good communication skills

• Self-motivation and time management skills

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

• Teamwork

Nice to have

• Experience in software testing

• Preferred technical course of study

• Customer support experience

• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
