Internship – Python Intern in Tizen Team
About our Team
The team you will be joining is responsible for maintenance, verification and optimization of Graphics and Multimedia subsystems on Samsung products. The main focus is on video and audio playback with technologies such as Wayland and gstreamer as well as automated test suites written in Python, Golang and JS.
Role and Responsibilities
· Development and stabilization of Tizen Platform
· Tests implementation and standards compliance verification of Tizen Platform
Technologies in use
Skills and Qualifications
· At least last year of Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication or similar
· Good knowledge of programming in Python/JS/Golang
· Knowledge of Linux programming
· Software engineering knowledge
· Testing methodologies knowledge
· Good command of English, both written and verbal
Nice to have
· Linux multimedia stack knowledge (gstreamer, ffmpeg)
· Interesting in networking, decoding and encrypting audio-video streams
· Experience in low level programming and RTOSes
· Experience with debugging in Linux OS
