Communication Specialist

You will be part of the Information Technology department based in Krakow and report to IT Manager, collaborating on the daily bases with the global IT Marketing & Communications team.

You will be responsible for supporting in the development and implementation of communications campaigns to support the branding and marketing of the function, its value, products, and services, support the senior management with their communication needs and collaborate with other communicators in the Shared Service Center.

Job Responsibilities

• Support in the execution of internal communications and employer branding campaigns, including visual design, material creation and draft communications for IT products and solutions, from launch through the life of the product;

• Execute communication strategies that inform e mployees, inspire action and achieve business objectives;

• Develop and execute other internal IT department's communication campaigns, messages and content to support an efficient and consistent communication of departmental products, solutions and services, newsletters, managing internal social media and Intranet pages;

• Collaborate with the global IT Marketing & Communications team to create and maintain global marketing communication assets for the IT department (visual identity guidelines, banners, infographics, and templates) to meet established marketing objectives;

• Organizing internal events (Team days, Lunch&Learn sessions, Town Halls, conferences, workshops) for around 300 employees;

• Liaising with vendors during big campaigns and events;

• Drive the production of internal videos or animations from concept through final delivery, including filming setup, editing, and posting.

Job Requirements

• University Degree in marketing, communication or equivalent;

• Relevant experience in marketing or communication, ideally, in a multinational environment;

• Video editing experience;

• Social engagement knowledge;

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially PowerPoint;

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator) would be an asset

• You are able to work in a dynamic environment, juggling between multiple projects;

• You are a strong relationship builder and can communicate effectively;

• You are able to work together with Senior Management team

• You have business fluency in English language
